Review Project planed for 2 days, I've setup an escrow by chosing the coder. After 1 month no working script delivered, alot of excuses why he couldn't finish the script. he was asking more money for multithreading, besides he knew which site was to crawl. Got the needed script from another coder in 2 days and for the same amount of money over a another service.Response by vsoft007 I bid according to initial project requirement but he was change the project requirement after successfully submission of script he said that need extra functionality of multithreading in script . that's why the project cost increase but he was not ready to pay for that. |
