In a way its not really fair for me to rate this programmer. I never got a chance to see his work. Apparently he got sick and it pushed the timetable back to an unacceptable timeframe. I CAN say that he is an honest man. I paid him $100 directly up front and he remitted it back to me without any issues. I just wish he had communicated his situation to me in a more timely fashion so I wouldn't have lost so much time. Considering his honesty though I might possibly use him again.

Would hire again. Was able to do quick job very quickly.
