The project took 21 days to finish; vertisolutions bid 1 day. I would have been happy with 1 week in fairness but 3 weeks is too long. Communication was sparse; I had to dispute the project to get a response from him. Work seemed subpar and careless. After every action by vertisolutions I had to go through and "knit pick" for stuff that I feel should have been done cleanly the first time. In the end, he was able to complete all my request.
