This contractor needed a 50% deposit for my "Urgent" project and then performed 5-10% of the work, then said he "needed" more money to "pay his bills" or he would have to work on something else other than my urgent project. I gave him additional funds and have not heard from him since. He did NO further work and has not responded to my multiple attempts at communication for the past 2 weeks. Beware of this "professional" and IF you do decide to work with him, DO NOT give him funds up front.
