This programmer exceed every single expectation I had. Fast, friendly, flexible, combined with high quality and low prices. And perfect English - so things were not lost in translation. The type of programmer that makes you want to start another project so you can hire them again.

Does not know Joomla but bid on a joomla template. Would not provide refund. Not recommended. Only good thing is he is persistant but not professional enough to admit he doesn't know what he is doing or issue a refund for not providing the service he bid on.
