This programmer seems to have a decent grasp of flash programming, but this project didn't go smoothly. They disappeared several times and didn't pay attention to the details provided at first. They made us miss our deadlines with our client. This programmer has all the skills needed to be great. They just need to improve their rate of communication and attention to details. They may have already made the adjustment, but this project wasn't very smooth for us.

They never completed my project. Communication was good in the beginning but then stopped. I sent numerous messages and gave them chance after chance to update me or finish the project. It has been months and I still haven't heard from them. I will never use again. They claimed their was an accident and his friend was going to complete the project but that never happened. Horrible experience!
