The project was way delayed. The programmer claims that at the time of bidding, he thought he has what I wanted already developed. (The original 2 week project ended up taking 1 year to complete!) I kept on finding bugs for the delivered scripts and I had to run multiple testings to make sure that the code is working. I strongly advice Tapan to test run codes before delivering to customer. Testing is programmer's responsibility, not customer's.
