Programmer had no feedback. I took a chance. We communicated twice. He told me it would take a little longer than promised. Then I get notice that my escrow was returned to me and the project was canceled. No explanation. I give him a 2 instead of a 1 because he returned my money so quickly. I have no idea about his programming skills.
