Project completed as wanted. Programmer has very good skills on programming and fast delivery (did also some further fixes on our project by himself in order to make website better...). However we didn't have good communication and this is important for us to work with someone... Thank you Ralf, hope to co-operate again in a future project!

The day he expected to finish he contacted me saying that the project is more difficult that he though, and if he could spend a bit more time on it. Then he stopped communications. I tried to contact him several times. After 4 days I cancel the project. Just on that day he contacts me saying sorry because he was sick. I started the project with another programmer but I told him that I will try to keep him with the project. Then he cancel the project without any other communications.
