Good job on the keywords.

The project took significantly longer than originally stated. I was not informed of delays and status and instead had to query repeatedly. The quality of the work was fair. I had to do a lot of editing and cleanup myself. There was missing info in the contact fields that made the record useless. (e.g. no zip code for a mailing address, city names in the address line field, etc.)I believe/hope Sonali was well intentioned but it didn't meet my reasonable standards.

Understood the complex concept quickly , needed no management , just got on and did the job excellently. I am very impressed and highly recommend.
