Great Communication, fast, reliable

Should be a 15. He went beyond the scope of the task and fixed some of our server issues that was preventing the task completion. He is truly an expert. I am fearful of saying to may good things because im afraid he will get to busy and we have lots of work for him. He is top notch, very professional, and he does what he says he will do when he says he will do it, and in the nature of these relationships that is worth its weight in gold.
