Review I was not happy with the final result and ended up not using it due to the low quality of the design. In retrospect I should have been much more precise with the project details - I was hoping that the programmer would input some ideas to improve the project but this did not happen. I will have to put this unsatisfactory project down to experience.Response by solutionicks We did all what the client wanted and somehow got such a shocking response from the client. All the changes that he asked, we did and we were still ready to make the changes but if he was not satisfied with the design or anything, then we could have redesigned the website. It was the same design that the client had approved, so there was actually no point of being unsatisfied with the project. |

Review He abandoned the project! He kept on promising that it will be finished, but didn't happened. I gave him too many chances to complete but very disappointing. He's not true to his words.Response by solutionicks Project scope was changed thousand times and when the project scope kept on changing again and again I had no other option then to stop the project. |

Review Excellent and talented designers. They did everything I asked for, were patient, and provided several drafts until I was entirely satisfied with the final product. We had a small mix-up due to time zones but they were very professional in dealing with it. Since mix-ups often happen when doing business remotely I value the ability to promptly and professionally respond to client needs. I will most definitely use them again. |
