1 C# Developer to Duplicate Contact Manager Program

Unfortunately, I gave this programmer every opportunity to communicate the status of his / her work, but it reached a certain point where no advancement was made. I did get replies such as "in a couple of days", "almost done", "an extra $50 will speed things up". In the end, I paid $100 via Paypal, not ScriptLance Escrow and got nothing. Please be aware of payment and an ever expanding timeframe with this provider. This is JMHO.

Poor communication and limited productivity. Wasted 6days of my 7day timeframe before deciding to cancel the project via Scriptlance. Also tried to get pre-payment on several occasions prior to producing a working model.SELECT AT YOUR OWN RISK
