made most changes quickly and as described in project description. However, did not make changes to all css files as was described in project. He seemed eager and had the ability- so maybe it was a general miss-understanding with the details of the project.

Very good, will help and explain the status updates, keep regular contacts. Takes feedback and will implement changes in a timley manner. I really like working with this programmer, very patient and high standard of work. He did fantastic job for me with php, graphics, database, rss feeds and scriptings.
