4 Penny Auction Error

This guy was hired for fixing 6 or 7 issues on my live site, we stop site. He quoted a little high on price but assure fix all in 2 days, with some exceptions. Acceptable for 2 days, took 4 weeks to fix it and site was off line, which was not acceptable for user. Needs to improve his communication, always argues, and does not follow direction. Programmer need to work for clients and not for himself and listen to direction. Ok programming skills, somewhat acceptable.
