My budget was USD200. He bid for USD100. I showed him a job he must clone it. He didn't even do it. Instead he took a JPG as a FLASH. OMG!! I could have copied that myself. Lousy low quality and when i ask him to do better. He say for this price u can go buy vegetable in the market. WTF! ? this guy is insane. Bad communication. (Took him 10 days) to show me his work with was 1 JPG picture with 4 FLASH buttons. No artistic. Can't do a job. End of story man. WOW!! ridiculous.
