The delivery of the project took longer than expected. But this was not due to the skills of shashi but more because of unforseen difficulties(partly our fault). Shashi went on working on it and delivered.In the end (so after delivering) he let it to our discretion to pay him extra for the extra work, ofcourse we did!I gave a 9 because he was a little bit late with telling us it would take longer (but then again, most programmers thinks they can make up time by working harder/longer :))

We had a few problems with his script interfering with another script but this programmer was very helpful and we managed to fix it. Very good programmer.

Produced a product to specifications, helped with installing on a different system, corrected a minor bug, and was prompt with communication. EXCELLENT!
