Review Project was cancelled because programmer refused to continue work without buyer releasing payment. However, our agreement was payments would be released after completion of milestone. Programmer wanted payment before finishing milestone.Positive: I think programmers are competent to complete the work.Negative: They are slow—overdue 30+ days; they did not honor our initial payment arrangement; and they were dishonest by stating that certain work was not included in scope of work.Response by shashiranjan071 Buyer asked to do lot of things once we got started. designing was not included in the project but we did.other things also like property analyser was not included but we did.we are done with all the functionality of the project and buyer was keep asking to do this and that without making payments. since we had uploaded the site on his server so he took the advantage and decided to leave us by simply making reasons. he cheated us and cancelled the project to save his money. |
