Horrible experience. Drastically underbids project, then tries to hold the us hostage by demanding 'bonus' payment without the protection of Scriptlance escrow. A very detailed projected ended on his "whim" after we wouldn't submit to his extortion efforts. Then, he refuses to process our refund and steals our money. I do not believe that Raheel Afzal has the experience or temperament required to work on detailed projects. If you value your sanity, spend a little more and avoid this programmer.
