Programmer disappeared after accepting bid and escrow. Non-responsive to both email and PMD's. Was very eager to get started, and even wanted to "get his ratings back up." He left me hanging with an Urgent project- I had to finish myself. I'll give him an 8 on eagerness before project stared - he even gave a quick sample before I selected him. Unfortunately, I have to give a ZERO on everything else. Sorry, this programmer likely won't be increasing ratings around here... at least with me.
