NIGHTMARE! I have 80+ poz reviews here and I have never had such a bad experience as this. After 2 weeks and many unbelievable excuses I am out of $18 that I gave him in advance out of the goodness of my heart. Then he constantly begs for more and then resorts to extortion by him that if I give him $10 more, he will let me have the rest of my escrow back. Very unprofessional "developer". Tried to give him a chance even with his previous bad reviews, but I got same results.

This programmer is not professional and cannot understand simple requirements. He submitted absolute garbage code in response to my requirement, 2 weeks after the deadline, and then refused to respond. I would not recommend him, there are others that can service your needs...
