The programmer "sanddyy123" accepted the project informing that we was an expertise in WHMCS but he did NOT answer the emails on time informing the status of the project and never asked or questioned any further information about the project, and could NOT deliver it. He has being trying to get some cash for something that he did NOT delivered and did NOT accept the cancellation request. I DO NOT recommend this programmer!

He underbid the project & said he could do it in 4 days. I asked him again & again if he understood the project & can he really do it. Every time he came back and said yes. When he got the project I didn't hear from him for 7 days. Soon it became evident he didnt have the skills to do it. ScriptLance got me my money back but now I am a month behind schedule. Why some programmers behave like this I will never understand. They get a poor rating, we have a delayed project. Everybody looses.
