The contractor recieved a full description of the job prior to bidding. I answered several questions for him and sent him the file before I accepted his bid. I gave him the job. He contacted me a day later and asked me how to open the files. I gave him some directions again and again. He quit responding to my emails for status. Job closed. I do not recommend him as a contractor. He bidded on something that he clearly does not know about and his communication is poor.
