1 Time-based pop-up system

Nice chap but really shouldn't have taken the project - he needed to travel a lot in the early stages which delayed everything beyond the project time limit. He also only had access to an XP system which prevented him from doing even rudimentary testing on the other specified platforms. To cap things off, he lost all the source in a system crash.

The script was good, but it did not work on my server without my personal assistance (I am a programmer too). Overall the quality was good. I always suggest programmers actually build scripts on the customer's server. This would have avoided the issue. I would suggest this programmer though. I know source code and I examined his ... the work was good.
