We chose to work with rtsistemas, despite his lack of feedback, because he showed such a strong, clear understanding of the project. We were not disappointed! This is one of the best programmers I've had the pleasure to work with on Scriptlance. He took on our complex project and got it done quickly, with outstanding communication and attention to detail.
