Low bid and OK reviews so I selected this programmer. Nice people, but there was some missunderstandings, I'm not used to that as all my projects are followed by requirements documentation.I gave them a nother project as well.None of the projects where finished. Some simple HTML work was done, but the actual application delivery was never done. After several reminders and deadlines passed I got a "sorry, we lost our programmers" note.

Made an attempt, but wasn't to our satisfaction.He did complete some code.Changed our form action to get the final result, which made the final result useless to us.In the time it took us going back and forth another programmer fixed the code and did exactly what we wanted.
