Friendly, efficient - Skyped while he worked. Very reasonable fee. He organized the directory structure at my hosting service, and fixed the errors that the hosting service had made when installing and setting up my Wordpress blog as a subdomain. He checked, uploaded and installed a backup data file that Wordpress needed to restore my blog (it was not a Wordpress export file). He corrected the errors I'd made when moving my blog to the new host. He answered all my questions clearly.
