1-COMMUNICATE!-I've been excited about some projects and have bid really low on some, because I wanted to work on them. But, the webmasters' failure to respond quickly, if at all, caused me to retract my bids. Programmers understand that you obviously have a company to run, and are sometimes busy. she is anything but a quick coder. she is thorough on some projects but if you fall through the cracks she will show you hell. stay away from her at all costs
