I've worked with SL for 5 years. Most of them are good at code, but they fail in communication. Robert is best programmer Ive worked with on SL. His code is very clean and full of helpful comments. His communication is excellent. He reviews your project, asks questions to confirm his understanding of your job and then he writes constructive suggestions. As he starts coding, he sends articulate progress reports (shows UI, demo-versions, etc). Thus any problems are solved earlier, than later.
