Review 'Phptech' AKA 'Evgeny') was given a standard scrapping job on Nov.2010.Wk after wk he assured me he was working on it but he didn't actually start work until 3mths later.Feb 2011 he then created a script that crashed the server periodically.Since then 3 programmers have tried to fix script and cannot due to its poor structure.He still holds on to escrow defending his illusion that he acted professionally and did extra work. |
