Unfortunately, phpdevelop was taken ill. And informed me that he would refund my escrow. I said that I was happy to wait for him. However a few days later he gave me an update on his condition and I agreed to receive the escrow to look for a new developer.Although I never saw any of his coding work, for communication, friendlyness, professionalism and most of all patience!
