Review Programmer was responsive to my requests and did all the changes required; however, he's not a very good communicator. I asked programmer for a quote on an animation project. He ignored my question. When I pointed out that he didn't address my question, he asked me to clarity something, which I did. Having waited for days and not having a response, I posted a new project on SL. Programmer has lost a customer for his lack of response. |
