Accepted the project and committed to complete it in 1 day, but after 8 days informed me that the project was much bigger than he thought and needed more time and asked for more money.

Highly trust worthy. I gave him access to the server and critical files - and was not disappointed. He clearly followed up on the programmer to make sure results met expectations. I would strongly advice to choose him if you are debating. I will vouch - noupesolutions have been added to MY FAVORITES!
