DETAILS WHERE TO CREATE A CELL PHONE PINGING APP THAT WOULD ALLOW ME TO LOCATION GPS INFO FOR A MOBILE DEVICE.HE SENT ME A LINK TO DOWNLOAD ANY HOW THIS SOFTWARE WAS A **FREE** SOFTWARE AT www.websmithing.com/gps-tracker/ HE CLAIM THIS WAS HIS ORIGINAL SOFTWARE(A LIE) AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE HE CHARGED ME $1000 FOR THIS SO BEWARE OF DOING BUSSINESS WITH THIS GUY ALSO USES THE NAME EMERALDSYSTEMS
