As a team leader in various corporations, I've lead projects from large to small. I have been in the web industry since 1997, 12 years of experience and exposure to web design, development, and technology.

Wil is a good communicator, even though we ran into misunderstandings, he was prepared to do the 'extra work'. He is a good programmer and knows his way around various programming codes and systems. Paid in full plus bonus.
