Bad experience! He made part of the project, but not in the agreed deadline, then he asked to release escrow and promised to complete the project. Once he received the payment, he didn't do anything! Avoid this programmer or at least don't pay anything untill you receive your complete project!

Initially very good communication, but that quickly disappeared and we never saw any results on our project. Repeated requests for updates were eventually replied to with request for more time (project was quoted at 7 days - we eventually cancelled after 70).
