His work was good. However, the client asked for a small tweak. He said he made it and sent me the same file. He took about 3 weeks to do that. No change was made. I had to wait up to a month three times while communicating with him. The last time was when I opened a case against him with SL. They shut down his account for about a month. Finally, he responded. Unless you have years for your project and are long on patience, pass this guy by.
