accepted the job and then said he couldn't do it 2 weeks later. This guy is a joke. Stay away from him. He obviously bids on everything and if he gets the bid he decides if he can actually do it or not. You've been warned.

Had few problems with this programmer and the time frame was exceeded by days. Even accused me of changing his code at one point in the project. Just not a good experience that I am used to getting from programmers.

Milliard has done an outstanding work! After several attempts with other designers, I was impressed by Milliard's works and price offer, and decided to give him the project, and I'm extremely glad I did so. He managed to bring forward a novel concept with true understanding of usability and design; he has good communication, and was very patient with my small corrections until a final design + html were 100%. I'm now going to give him another much larger project.

Raj, was and is fantastic... I could really tell this programmer has a great understanding of ASP.NET and(C#)... Every project I gave them they did an Excellent job on...I will be using this team for a long time... Brent
