Review At best this programmer can be described as nothing else but a scammer.Over 3 months later we still do not have a working program.we were told that we needed to provide $400 for the progress of the project which was sent via PayPal only in the end to be threatened by this man that if we tried to cancel then we would not see our money or a finished project.Do not trust this programmer |

Review I paid $225 upfront fee in Dec. 31st 2009 per my signed agreement with programmer. He did not complete the first 1/4 of my project despite his PROMISES to finish my ENTIRE PROJECT in March 15th 2010.lntechnobids007 knows very little about programming as he claims despite several templates I sent him. He can only handle small jobs and updates ..NOT an elaborate Web Design.FUTURE BUYERS....
