My job lasted months instead of 21 days or less, and still never got 1/4 of the way done. He repeatedly told me he had emergencies and couldn't work and tried to charge me more, and pawned me off on other programmer. Stephen took back over the job, and in 2 weeks time only worked 1 day, and then stopped replying to my emails. I did get a refund of the downpayment after issuing complaints. I would've loved to have Stephen finish the job as he is talented. He just doesn't stick to his word.
