I am sorry that must do this, but it is fair. The project was well beyond the skill set of this programmer. He's a really nice guy, but I wasted an entire night on something he just didn't know how to do. Project was in 4 parts, he completed 1 of them sucessfully. I hired someone else to complete the project and had it done in less than half an hour.
