Review Programmer did not notify me until the date of expected delivery that the project was out of their skill scope. It would have been much better if they took a look at the details for this project prior to signing in or if the programmer resigned within 24 hrs of taking the project. I had a strict deadline and because of jazzbella it was not met! |
