Ipsitchry is a great person to work with, gives hourly updates , and finishes the job as it should be done. It took a bit longer than expected, this was all my own fault by adding more "features", but all this was NO problem at all. Ipsitchry is a very talented PHP + mySQL programmer. She knows exactly what to do, and reports back as soon as she has something new. The project got finished in time, and she got an extra reward for that.
