Review He sent me the psd files, Then asked me to pay, I paid and when i asked him for the html/css he said he wouldnt do it. I clearly asked for usable layout. Not a psd that doesnt even work.Dont pay anything to this guy til you have the project 100% in your hands and he does it. After you pay him he will ignore you til you message him a few times.What a scamResponse by imranihsan Any technical guy can understand, i have delivered PSDs and he is calling them useless. And then he has the courage to write me scam. Only thing i can do is to laugh and get on with my life. |
