Ivan is definitely professional. He has his own project management system similar to Basecamp. This is great because you can see the entire process on the same page (and don't need to crawl emails). And it's not just about the PM tool, it's his approach against the projects. The guy likes to be organized.He obeyed the deadlines and get the job done. I will review his code and write it down here if anything is wrong with it. But so far everything worked great with him.
