For 6 weeks I was been told that "This Weekend" I will have the project finished. The bid stated that it would take 3 days, after a couple of days, he asked for, and I agreed to, 5 days. It has been 46 days, and this programmer still hasn't shown even a good start to the project.

I don't know what is with them, it seems either they are lost or busy in something else, as they did not even bother to respond. It is difficult to comment on the quality of work as they did not even start the work.
