Great work. Will work with the programmer again in future if something comes up.

I have used this programmer only once so far, but I am definately considering using him again. From what I have seen, his work is very good, and communication flows well and easy in English. I still need more time to evaluate everything, but it looks good. Since I have to perform this evaluation now, before the deadline, I have to give an 8 at this point, but I think it might end higher, once I am finished processing it all.

Didn't complete project, paid half escrow, send sample database, didn't reply on mails, disappeared.
