They/he took the job on a osCommerce project, but after some time (twise as long as theyr estimate) with poor comunication/ and little to no progress on the project we had to cancel the entire thing. They didnt seem to have any idea or plan on how to solve the job they had taken, so that was basicly 3 weeks down the drain for us.

HUGE WASTE OF TIME! He bid 7 days to do this project. More than 10 days later, with a ton of promises, he still could not do such a simple thing as set up my demo site on his server. Wanted payment by check or wire. Thank God for credit cards! Tried to keep my money after delivering nothing. I’m now disputing the charges with my credit card company. There are sooooo many better programmers out there! Good advice comes at a cost and that cost was my time. Find someone else to do your project.
