I provided this coder with very clear word doc and sample excel doc to test against. After several weeks I was delivered code that was unusable.I was delayed additional weeks for a'fix' that had the same exact errors from the first time around, now 7 weeks into a 4 day project.Meanwhile I re-posted the project and another coder finished it in 1 day. You can check his review of me there.Please do not hire them. They obviously do not either understand nor check their work.

Working with RJ is excellent. Very diligent and careful. Works as a perfectionist, and is excellent on the communication. This project was difficult, and required a fair bit of prodding on RJs side, to figure out my system. This was the second time I used him, and I intend to use him again.
