This programmer started out very promising but mid project stopped communication and refused to continue work after wasting a month of my time going back and forth with explaining the concept so that he could understand. This programmer was not available via chat, he would only email which made the process that more cumbersome. In the middle of the project the programmer advised he would be leaving for two weeks. I wouldn't recommend this programmer at all.
